Our Oklahoma City Crossfit program is a structured workout involving high intensity, varied movements executed across broad time and modal domains which can be catered to any level of fitness.

WEIGHTLIFTING

Our Weightlifting is a key component to our strength and conditioning program. This program includes the breakdown and progression work on the two lifts, Snatch and Clean & Jerk. Each athlete will learn all variations of these two dynamic lifts from a knowledgeable and experienced coach to ensure safe and proper growth.

CROSSFIT KIDS

CrossFit Kids is a method of teaching Greg Glassman’s CrossFit to children ages 3-18. Based on the principle of Mechanics, Consistency and then Intensity. We emphasize on good movement throughout childhood and adolescence. Consistently good mechanics translates to physical literacy, enhanced sports performance and fewer injuries, and creating a positive impact of a child’s academic achievement.

KAZE BOOTCAMP

Our program is designed to have low impact, lightweight movements while maintaining a high-intensity interval time frame. This program is perfect for building conditioning for our beginner or athletes recovering from an injury.

This unique program incorporates many types of exercises that combine cardiovascular, strength and flexibility training. This dynamic and often ballistic type of training is a great head to toe workout that is lead by experience and certified Kettlebell instructor.
